Once you have thought of what you want & how you want it to look get in touch with us,

There is a once off artwork set up – This is a once off cost, with future orders there is no set up fee

Just provide your art work in a PDF/JPEG format the higher the res the better

Once received we will email you a Order confirmation.

Which at this point you can make changes if need be, once confirmed if you decide to make changes we will need to charge another set up fee so please take the time to go through it.

Our turn around time is 2-3 weeks for Printed Chocolates/Message Bars from the time Confirmation is received & Once confirmation is received we require payment in full,

1 Week turn around time for Mini hearts once payment is received in full,

1 week turn around time for artwork we already have inc repeat business's

When you should expect your chocolates etc will be on the Confirmation Order email

We can on occasion rush orders through but please ask as we may have orders that need to be done first

Payment

Payment can be made via our Bank Account, If you want to pay via Credit Card we can do 2 things, 1 Send you a Invoice through Paypal. 2 through Trade Me

Due to our products being a personalized etc we require payment in full before we start any work, we will NOT start any work for any person/business with out payment as we have heard of other companies left with personalized products that they cant use due to the customer pulling out at the last minute.

This is one reason why we dont have a shopping cart website, as we like to talk about the design etc with the customer

Shipping

Our orders are sent Monday to Thursday to all corners of New Zealand via New Zealand Couriers who are the Professionals in the Courier World.

All Orders should be received Next working day, a Track & Trace Number will be Supplied

We would rather not send to RD Address's Due to the nature of our Products, But if you want it sent to a RD address it will be $5 extra - Please check this link to see if you need to pay the RD fee or not http://www.nzcouriers.co.nz/checkit/ if you believe that your NOT a RD but it is saying on the NZC website you are, you will need to get in touch with them direct.

Cost to Send 100 Mini Hearts or 50 Printed Hearts around NZ is $7 Non Rural which should give you an idea,

Shipping will range from $5.50 to $20

For Very large orders 10,000 + Shipping will be about $35 but will not be any more than this
